Q: How can I view the status of my order? A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.
Q. Where we ship? A. We ship items to worldwide from Hong Kong.
Q: What are your shipping costs? A: Shipping and handling of each item has been listed out on the item description page. You can view it by viewing your cart, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.
Q: Which shipping method we use. A: We usually ship item by: regular airmail without tracking no. for total amount below USD30; registered airmail with tracking no. for total amount USD30 or above; EMS with tracking no. for total amount USD150 or above. If you want to change the shipping method, please contact us (info@releaserain.com) to quote shipping cost.
